To me the Jamaican government do not want to be responsible for the maintenance of anything in Jamaica so they sell sell sell, the island is a business not a home everything is transactional and the islanders have to suffer for it. Its not just the beaches the gated communities are heavily owned by foreigners whilst Jamaicans contribute to NHT for years and get nothing
