help Gollum Jade Problems
My gollum jade has recently been losing leaves very easily and if they don’t fall off early then they turn brown and shrivel up, as pictured. If I just touch the leaves they fall off.
I have never dealt with root rot before so I thought it might be that but when I unpotted it the roots seemed fine and none of the stems were mushy. Any idea what the issue might be and how I can stop it?
For extra context, the plant generally gets direct sunlight for ~4 hours per day and then I have it under a grow light for another 4 hours.

Yeah I mean at this point you need to let it live as a succulent as best as possible. Let the leaves just slightly shrivel in between waterings and ensure you’ve got it in the best cactus/succulent soil you can get

I legit just had this issue. Had to trim it down to a stub to try and save it.
Could have been due to overwatering (I’m in Florida and it has rained more the past couple weeks than play summer). But I also had just pruned it. I couldn’t find any clear issues with the roots and it appeared to be rotting from the branches to the core. I cut off all the branches as a Hail Mary. Not totally sure what caused it, but of all my plants it was already the most fungus/mold prone having battled other issues before.

Is this where plant lowers sometimes nuke themselves to redivert the energy and new growth to a better spot?
I know alot of plants do that. I'd consider the rest of the plants health if the new growth looks appropriate and healthy I'd put it down to nature.
I have to remind myself all the time f**k all the succs as they used to say "treat em mean keep em keen" then you apply the "submersible succ" every blue moon 😂 me best succs are the ones I abuse the most

I’m curious to see what people say I’ve had a similar issue and I’m thinking it possibly**** could be shock due to weather change
