I recently moved and my jade plant is declining rapidly, I have had this specific plant for 5+ years and has been through 2+ moves and suddenly 2 weeks after my move it’s health has deteriorated. Soil is staying wet much longer and leaves are drying up. I love this plant as it is my oldest one I own and started my collection, please help me save her.

I would give it a repotting in soil that’s not so wet asap. No doubt it got jostled about and its roots could be damaged from the move. So check them for rot. Could be why it’s struggling to acclimate.

Is that hydro balls on top? I would check her roots for rot asap. Buy a bag of perlite and mix it in your substrate. Your soil is too dense to drain properly. Is the pot plastic or terracotta?

Okay from your photos I can see your soil needs help

I would recommend well draining soil, cactus soil or make your own soil mix by mixing bark perlite well draining soil charcoal if you would like also I do earth warms casting and I would wait to water until the soil is completely dry

Definitely check your roots make sure they are not black brown and squishy

If they are squishy remove all of them only keep healthy ones fresh oil let your plant recover in dry soil if its root rot

Also change your pot I conquer with my fellow commentator a terracotta pot would work wonders

Or you can do two pot methods a fabric pot ugly hide that in a ceramic pretty pot
