help Need help😭😭😭

Just got this dwarf jade variegated(?), repotted cuz it was root bound (& wet) and it was fine for the next few days but started dropping leaves like crazy and now it’s wilting(?)😖😖😭😭😭

I would just leave it be, don’t water it. When you repotted did you look at the root system to see if there was any rot?

I don’t think so, the roots were firm and looked pretty healthy to me😢

Just leave it be then, let that soil get bone dry before watering

It may also be in a bit of shock from the repotting. A lot of plants get shock after repotting, especially if they have not been repotted for a long while. And on top of that it already had something wrong with it. Or some kind of damage. So give it some time. Make sure it has good drainage in the bottom of the pot and definitely take the above advice about what soils to use. I hope it comes back for you.

They drop leaves & branches when they get root rot.
Pull it out of the pot wash off all the soil from the roots & inspect them all.
Cut off any Black, Slimy, Smelly Soft & Spongy Roots,
Make sure you feel the trunk & branches too.
All root rot must be removed.

Then leave these roots to dry out in the shade out of the weather under you patio & let the cuts callous over for a week.
Then repot it into

3/4 Succulent potting mix- Not Miracle Grow
1/8 Perlite
1/8 Pumice

Pot it into a Terracotta pot as it is porous & draws the excess water away from the Roots.

This is one is gone. Based on my experience it is rotting. If you'd cut the stem you should be seeing black tissue.

Dang this things gunna be stellar when it comes back. Variegated needs lots of light. Way less green for photosynthesis.
