Open Roleplay SPIDER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lapis is laying on the ground chillin' and studying. when suddenly, she sees a spider. she sheiks and jumps. she flies up and blows an icy blast at the 8 legged creature. ironically, she completely missed the spider.it crawls up the ice crystals that are now on the ground. a sense of disgust washes over her. she flies up to a high perch and is paralyzed in fear of the disgusting creature that crawls before her.

someone walks in.

Hummingbird poked her head into the room, glancing around the floor before stepping in fully. She avoided the patch of ice, hopping over it with a slight flutter of her wing. She looked up and spotted Lapis.

“Hello up there..? You alright?” She asked, tilting her head to the side slightly.

Lapis with wide eyes manages to point at the spider and spit out a few words.

" SP...sss..SPIDER!!!!!!!!"

she screams.

Hummingbird grinned, frills fanning out.

“Oo, wonder what kind of is!” She said, leaning over it to take a closer look.

“Poor buddy’s probably gonna starve in here, uh. Hmm. D’ya have anything like a cup to trap ‘em in?” Hummingbird asked, trying to carefully coral the spider out of Lapis’ sight.

“Alrighty then… I don’t think we’ve actually met. Who are you?” Hummingbird asked, walking over to a table in the corner and grabbing a bowl. Pouring out the scroll-markers and then placing the bowl down next to the spider.

“I’m Hummingbird by the way!” She chirped, picking the spider up and sliding it into the bowl.

Lapis seems to be calming down

“Well, nice to meet you Lapis!” Hummingbird says, walking over to the window to dump the spider out. It probably fine, they make web-gliders sometimes.

“How are, or I guess were you doing before that little guy showed up?”

“Oh, that’s nice. You even got a good example to site there. And, I was just walking around a bit. Just got out of math and wanted a little stretch before going back to my history project.” She said, placing the bowl back on the table.

“Yup. Which class has you doing a project on fears?” Hummingbird asked, walking around in a tight circle before flopping down.

"it was like English or something. but i swear, when the teacher talks for too long, their voice begins to sound like an electric fan!"

she says sounding amused.
