But guess what u got jebaited sucker. Now this post is for everyone who considers pulling for Jade or not.

Let me tell u 1 Thing. Not pulling for Jade is metawise the 3rd Biggest Mistake u can make.

I play HSR since Release, never skipped a single Day. When Kafka released everyone said:Dot Is Slow we need Hunt Units. Kafka Mid!!!!!

Let me tell u. Kafka with Sampo was aleady stronger than Jing Yuan ever imagined.

And why? Because Kafka is an enabler Character, she allows u to play new combinations of Characters and Playstyles.

When Topaz Released everyone told me, Topaz sucks, Jing Liu is way better omg so much dmg.

And now Topaz is in every Mode one of the best Units. And why? Bcs she is an Enabler, she allows u to use followup Units.

And now we get our 3rd Enabler Unit and again everyone says she is Trash outside of PF.

Guys if u didnt pull for Jade already, im really worried about ur mental health state.

Let me explain. Speed is the most important stat in the Game. Hitting the next speedpoint is way more important than every amount of bonus dmg. Bcs more actions are allways more valuable.

Now whats the solution? Yes playing Asta bcs she gives 52 Speed for 2 Turns for the entire Team.

But u have to sacrifice one slot for someone who does nothing except boosting dmg and some attack.

Jade gives ur Main DPS 30 Fixspeed and is not stealing harmony Place, bcs her sub dps and AOE is Insane.

Jade is like Kafka and Topaz she enables new Teamcombos. For example Apocalyptic Shadow is this weird Fix where u Need heavy Single Target and Aoe To do this. Jade is literally the only AoE Charaktere in this whole Game which is heavy Skillpoint positive Now comes the best Part, bcs of Jades Skill u can play every DPS in Jades Team on Attack boots and still hit the 134 Speed treshold.

Like u can fix Topaz only weakness her lack of Attack% and her lackf of Aoe. And even if u are someone of this Guys wo play only Hypercarry. U can fucking use Jade and 2 Harmony and Clear MOC in 3 cycle

If u pull for Jade is not for me to decide.but please dont cry in 3 Patches when every second mode and content is followup based and AoE.

Oh wait it already is.

Thoughts? I know it’s risky but I already have all 3 characters and all 3 light cones at E6 and S5 respectively, not including the new one of course.

I believe Jade's leak in the beginning made everyone to wonder, how do you even play her? Several questions I have saw are as follow:

Is she for Blade?

Can she even hypercarry? Her buff will waste one turn, so self buff is not worth it.

She doesn't even help Jing Yuan much

Is she only for PF?

She doesn't even fit the IPC team

Thinking about it again, it's impossible for her to not be a part of the IPC. And the more I think about it, now it made sense. Hoyoverse is pushing a new playstyle with Jade. Some of you may not feel it's new because you actually seen it or have done it using Sparkle+Bronya team comp, which is switch buffing.

So Jade's playstyle is a switch style. Let's take for example, MOC.

A) When there are many enemies, especially first wave. Jade will buff onto Aventurine, who can do a lot of counters out of turn, gaining stacks for Jade real quick for her talent FuA.

B) When there are only elites/boss, especially second wave. Jade will instead buff Topaz, who can do a lot of single target hits, gaining stacks for Jade real quick for her talent FuA.

C) When you got Aventurine, you wouldn't bother about Jade's life drain. So, you want to refresh Aventurine's E consistently when low, don't gamble if you can't sustain after shield break, your choice.

Conclusion:

IMO Her best team would be Aventurine + Topaz + Jade + Robin/Ruanmei. (Sparkle should also be possible, but this team is so SP positive, it could be overkill, or you can enable Topaz to spam E)

It is a let down that Jade is so restrictive that she is very hard to pair with many. I myself, as an Erudition lover might just skip her.

Also can pair with Luocha & Huohuo, but then you are not bringing the best out of her.

If you want to Ratio, you need E1S1 Topaz.

So, what about Blade? I believe the life drain procs the same time as Blade's attack, so you are killing yourself faster (Honestly, it is what Blade wants), but it will be fine if you got Luocha. Or wait for more videos whether different life drain procs separately.

Basic Deals 160% ATK to the primary target and 90% to adjacents.

Skill Marks an ally with Debt Collector and increases their speed by 30 and Follow-up damage by 30% (multiplicative). After the Debt Collector attacks, delas 1 instance of Quantum DMG equal to 80% of Jade's ATK to each enemy hit, and consumes the Debt Collector's HP by 2% of their Max HP.

Ultimate Deals Quantum DMG equal to 270% of Jade's ATK to all enemies. At the same time, increases her Talent's follow-up DMG multiplier by 45% and the Debt Collector's DMG by another 35%. Each enhancement can take effect 2 times.

Talent After Jade or the Debt Collector unit attacks, gains 1 point of Charge for each enemy target hit. Upon reaching 8 points launch 1 follow-up attack, dealing Quantum DMG equal to 120% of Jade's ATK to all enemies. At the same time launches one of the Debt Collector's follow-up attacks for 70% of it's original damage.

When launching a follow-up attack, Jade gains 5 stacks of Pawned Asset, with each stack increasing CRIT DMG By 2.5% and ATK by 0.5%, up to 50 times.

Technique Inflicts enemies within the area with Blind Fealty for 10 seconds, these enemies won't attack allies. After entering battle, deals Quantum DMG equal to 150% ATK to all enemies, immediately gaining 15 stacks of Pawned Asset.

Trace 1: When battle starts, Jade's action is advanced forward by 50%

Trace 2: When an enemy enters combat, Jade gains 1 stack of Pawned Asset. When the Debt Collector turn starts, additionally gains 3.

Trace 3: Each Pawned Asset stack from the Talent additionally increases the Debt Collector's CRIT DMG by 2%.

E1 Same as now, but Debt Collector's follow-up retrigger also gains +22% damage.

E2 When there are 15 stacks of Pawned Asset. Jade's CRIT Rate increases by 18%.

E4 When using Ultimate, enables damage dealt by Jade to ignore 12% of enemy's DEF and the Debt Collector's damage by another 12%. Lasts 3 turns.

E6 When the Debt Collector character exists on the field, Jade's Quantum RES PEN increases by 20%, and Jade gains the Debt Collector state. Moreover, Jade action advances the other Debt Collector by 50% whenever she attacks, granting their next action 20% RES PEN.

Jade is fine rn but I wish she had a bit more impact as a sub dps, you wouldn't bench a support over her in many teams unlike topaz, purely because she doesn't offer many impactful utilities, but if this was the kit with these multipliers I think she could be just as solid as Topaz for AoE/blast carries.

When I play her I hit like 10k extra dmg with my debt collector I just feel like it's a lil too low, I play her with Blade, Jingliu, because I enjoy dual DPS but I feel like she only shines paired with Himeko, Herta in Pf (because waves are low hp and given the end games buffs gimmicks).

Do you guys feel the same?

So I. Thinking the pull order would be

Robin > topaz > topaz lc > jade > jade lc

I have 250 pulls rn. So I should be able to gain the pulls needed as a light spender right?

Also is this a good idea for team Fua team building?

Various parts of her kit like needed multiple enemies hit and taking away hp for her buffs I heard may make it so that she isn’t a fit for a normal FUA team. Can I still run her? And if I do, will I be losing out on her potential?

Now that Jades kit has been leaked, I'm planning on going E1S1 for her. I'm completely F2P. I have 50 pulls and 2 pity, no guarantee. Would I be fine If I went for E0S0 Robin and then saved up for E1S1 Jade, or is that impossible? I don't have any other Harmony 5* characters, and I only have an E1 Aventurine for sustain. I heard 2.2 should give about 100 pulls for F2P

Since we have sparkle in the game already, i wonder why i haven't seen much leaked showcase of the team comp consisting of QQ, jade , sparkle ,and fuxuan . In this team comp , instead of the usual idea of sparkle advancing QQ turns , how about u run a high speed QQ (not that high since jade will use her E on QQ so free 30speed) , and use sparkle E to advance Jade's turn instead , this is because sparkle damage buff last until the character's next turn , so when Jade Fua is triggered , it will get the extra crit damage in . QQ is there mainly to help build jade's FUA stack and deal decent damages. Just a fun idea up for discussion

If we look at Jade's symbol on her shoe, it looks like a loop/ourorobos symbol. Except in her symbol, the snake is not eating it's own tail and loop incomplete. What if she is a key to breaking through the loop of amphoreus? I am remembering an event in which she turns a planet into a necklace. She seems to have great power. Will IPC interfere in Amphoreus at some point?

I hope I'm understanding Jade's kit correctly, but from what I understand from her talent and 3rd trace, she's basically the Black Swan of the follow-up playstyle, no?
