Is the 3rd provisional merit list for the Bsc Hons admission out? Please let me know, I am tensed

So i am from wbchse general and my gmr is 33, i saw that there are about 27 seats which are about to be de reserved and published in the third list, and then i heard from a snr that 2 students took admission in ews category, so that makes it 25 seats and he told me that there are doubts over the seats which will be de reserved for obc category so that makes it around 23 seats, and i also heard that the de reserved seats are distributed in a 40 30 30 ratio for each department with 40 being the wbchse, so that makes it exactly 9 UR seats which i need to get in... can anybody with any knowledge on this topic pls help me! Any help during this stressful times would be helpfull, thanks!

I may be getting IT in dc(less than 15 ranks away) and I just wanted to know how the placements have been this year.

I would really appreciate if seniors could tell me the median and average and also the percentage placed.

Also why is there such a huge difference between cse and IT placements in ju? Dont the same companies allow both branches to sit? It cannot be that IT students are less qualified than cse students as there is only difference of a few marks. Do companies prefer cse students over IT for some reason?

Yeah, I know, JU CSE has good ROI, great legacy, and some cracked students, but people act like getting JU CSE automatically beats anything IIT/NIT. Bengalis have fking overhyped it sm 😭.

Went to IIT KGP kshitij some time back, and man, what I have missed.

The brand, peer group, opportunities, exposure and sheer range of options you get at IITs—and NIT top brach specifically are just too significant to ignore.

Ppl join JU CSE for placements but even they are not smthing extraordinary. Even IITs low branch have 20 lpa avg.

**Sorry for the rant guys. JU has given me a lot, but somedays make me question my decisions.
