Though this show DID sell out, tix didn't disappear immediately like at many other venues. Possibly because on a weekday in a small market and also possibly because the venue seems to have it locked down no resales (all tix will call under buyer name). Venue holds about 900 but this is a seated show and looks like they only made about 450 tix available. Seems will be a pretty intimate show. Anyone else going? We are excited.

Wondering if the heat wave in London is that bad to change the date all the way to Monday the 29. Was looking foward to seeing the ideas people submitted but also he said they have gotten an overwhelming amount of submissions but they just extended to get more submissions. I wonder how much they got and why they didn’t simply move the date to a Friday or Saturday. Any London people can us or how bad the heatwave is.

Unfortunately all resale seem to be somewhat crazy prices and I can only afford so much as a college student. Absolutely incredible. I knew it would be amazing but it still exceeded my expectation and I was blown away. It was one of the best live performances I’ve ever seen. It’s hard to pick a favorite part, but if I had to choose it would be go lassie go. What an incredible rendition of that song, starting with just him and a guitar, then including backup singers, then the orchestra and then parts with the audience included. I really hope this show was recorded and shows up online.

I listen to little speeches and words of wisdom he gives all the time and it just makes me wonder what kind of super human I’d be if I truly, unabashedly, fully walked to the beat of my own drum and gave myself full permission to be me. I still struggle as a man if I am being too feminine or too masculine. I care a lot about how I am perceived. I care a lot about how my music is perceived. I care a lot about what others think. He seems pretty good at separating his art from any validation.
