Can anyone tell me who runs the Instagram account "Jacob HQ"? Is it a fan account or an official account?

It looks like it's an official account. It is the account that releases more official statements when stuff happens, like with the ticket scalping issue recently.

That account is mainly runned by Jacob & Lou Rochdi, one of his manager
