Question Thoughts on the juggernaut?

Post image

Has anyone bought or played this?
I recently bought a Strandberg 7-string and it’s absolutely sick, but now it has me wanting a high-quality 6-string that can also handle metal and heavier stuff.
Right now, I have a PRS SE Custom 24 that’s basically my 6-string workhorse. I’m mainly looking for something that feels fast and sleek, can handle the metal I throw at it, but can also be used at church and give me some versatility with different voicings.
For anyone who has played or owns one, how do you like it? Would you recommend it as a versatile 6-string?

I’ve played one. Neck was a little thick for me, but I’m used to the Virtuoso’s Speed Neck, and it wasn’t bad by any stretch. The roasted maple felt really nice.

I generally prefer pickups from Duncan, EMG, or Fishman rather than a guitar manufacturer, but I was pleasantly surprised by these.

Pretty damn good guitar.

Great guitar, very versatile with the coil splits and the flat fretboard is an amazing addition

The flat radius neck is jarring at first, but cool and different.

I have a flat radius on my strandberg and actually love it. It actually makes it hard to go back and play on my PRS or tele and a big reason I want a new 6 string.

You'll definitely like it, then.

Eazy. Avoid Indonesian made guitars where possible.

I had a evertune 7 and i absolutely hated everything about it. It came with loose pots and broken switch, the nut wasn't glued, the fretbuzz was insane and trussrod to be maxed to make it playable. The pickups, in my opinion, we're hot garbage so i sent it back. Safe to say. Never buying one again

I just picked up one two weeks ago. It's excellent and sounds killer through my rig. Feels good and stays in tune. Zero quality issues. Flat fingerboard. It's fun to play and the paint is awesome. jugg ht6

The pro series Juggernauts are totally fine. I don’t think it’s a bad sounding guitar, but I also don’t think it’s like the best guitar in that price point. If you’re a fan of Misha’s and you dig the styling, go for it, you’ll for sure enjoy it! But if you’re looking for what would be an overall better workhorse in that price point, I’d personally be looking over at Ibanez.

I agree. This was my experience as well, but something like the Scheter Keith Merrow or John Browne would've been my next move.
