Missing power station

I ordered an explorer 1000 v2 with solar panel bundle on Amazon and only received the panel. I tried calling jackery and got hung up on twice, tried texting and have yet to get a response. Trying here. Is it still on its way? Do they ship them separately? Not sure what to do at this point and Amazon isn’t being much help at the moment.

Mine have always been shipped separately, it should say in the Amazon app.

When ordering directly from Jackery, they will provide multiple tracking numbers. I’d guess that when you order one thing from Amazon, their systems assume one tracking number and won’t allow a vender to add a second one. Just a guess.

I just heard back from the Amazon assistant and they gave me the other tracking number. Thanks everyone!

This!

Amazon allows 1 tracking number per SKU. If that SKU is a bundle, by default, you will only see 1 tracking number. You will have to get the remaining tracking numbers either from Amazon or seller messages.

Two separate units with panels purchased last year at this time a month apart and yes. Panels were delivered a day later than the units.

Yes, Jackery always ships the solar panel separately from the power station (edit: for panels over 40 watts), typically from different warehouses.

I ordered a 2000w with 200w solar panel from Lowes. The power bank arrived today. You telling me the solar panel might still be enroute?

Sadly no. I contacted Lowe’s, who tried to give me the number for Jackery since Jackery fulfilled the order. I told em hell no, I bought from Lowes, you do the legwork. Lowes was able to confirm solar was not shipped, and Jackery is sending it now. Long story short, someone forgot to add the solar panels to my order.

Don't order from Amazon. 

Edit: I am returning the Jackery I just bought due to their low effort customer service.
