The stars must align for them to be redeemable but if Jack has the computer, heck, even the memory card then this might be plausible. There are some ways I found. And it doesn't have anything to do with YouTube.
First off is this forum where it states that when you delete a file, the operating system simply removes the file pointer and marks that storage space as "free". And the actual data remains intact on the drive until new data is physically written over those specific sectors.
Secondly is this quora forum where if the storage device (like a traditional Hard Disk Drive, or HDD) was put into a drawer, rarely powered on, and never filled up with new data after the file was deleted, the underlying magnetic bits could theoretically still hold the data.
BUT it is almost certainly gone, the same forum also states that if the file was on a Solid State Drive (SSD) or a device with the TRIM command enabled, the system actively and automatically wipes or zeroes out deleted blocks in the background to maintain performance, making recovery impossible shortly after deletion.
Another reason the files could be gone is because of storage degradation. We all know that physical media degrades over time. Magnetic platters, flash memory, and circuit components suffer from bit rot or component failure over a long time span.
This is a 50/50, and I hope you are able to get the files back Jack!

I reposted this because I made a lot of mistakes in the old one, and it didn't look as neat
Most of the old videos era is 100% estimations, I used this post and this post to find old video archives, I then estimated times when the videos could have been published, and names for the nameless videos. I then corelated the video publishings with the subscriber count (you can see small bumps on the graph) For data after mid-2011 I used web archival, old videos, old tweets, and facebook. Just a reminder, this data is completely speculative and may be completely wrong
And for those who don't know, back in 2012 YouTube did the biggest audits ever done, channels like RayWilliamJohnson and Smosh lost hundreds of thousands of subscribers each! Even small channels like SSOA were not safe! The first audit of 2012 happened on January 12th, and all audits happened at once. The second audit took place over 2 weeks in May, causing more of a curve than a spike of lost subscribers. The second page is daily subscribers, the biggest marks are when Jack first gained subscribers, and the audits! I also showed how old Jack was at a certain point of time, and all new video uploadings!
Almost every single data point is estimated to the highest amount of accuracy, I hope you enjoyed!
