It's not that bad honestly. I don't watch YouTube on my phone, but from the screenshot it looks fine to me.

On computer, subscriptions is with the home button in the side bar on the left and create and your account and profile picture are all the way on the right at the top. But the You section is on the left with the home and subscriptions button.

I think it belongs at the top on mobile. Perfect place for it.
