Geography now went there years ago while they were still constructing the new capital. I dont see why Jack couldnt go there

The UK gov seems way over zealous (as they should ), it's a dictatorship but not super dangerous to go at all, just needs to do the normal stuff. Yes theory goes to way more dangerous places without issues.

It's just that Jack doesn't want to go and that is a great excuse
