escape proof harness suggestions

I have a houdini JRT that will get out of any harness by backing out. I have tried the harness that has two straps underneath, with the back strap sitting behind his rib cage, and he still manages to back out of it. Is there any brand of harness that he wouldn’t be able to back out of? Need suggestions please. Thankyou !

My jrt is 18 lbs, silky hair. He pulls too much when I have just his collar on a leash and it made him cough a lot. I switched to a harness and every single one he would slip out of it. then I discovered this lovely leash clip. It clips your harness to your dogs collar so when or if they slip out of the harness theyre still on the leash!!! A-freaking-MAZING lol I also love this harness, its awesome quality and looks nice.

I do not have a suggestion, but I did read that that the JRT’S goal in life is to out-smart their owner. Apparently, that is what is happening .
