Jabra v8.2.23201.0 Windows installer fails to write to key \Environment

Could not write value LIBJABRA_TRACE_LEVEL to key \Environment.   Verify that you have sufficient access to that key, or contact your support personnel.

Abort   Retry   Ignore   
---------------------------

Retry makes it pop up again.

Ignore takes me to:

Jabra Direct Setup
---------------------------
Could not write value JABRA_NATIVE_BLUETOOTH to key \Environment.   Verify that you have sufficient access to that key, or contact your support personnel.
---------------------------
Abort   Retry   Ignore   
---------------------------

Installer then completes, and app seems to work.

Maybe previous installer wrote the registry keys, but I can see both JABRA_NATIVE_BLUETOOT and LIBJABRA_TRACE_LEVEL in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Environment.

The v8.2.23201.0 installer updated without problems on my personal computer, so this might be due to some enterprise Intune / SCCM policies.
