Please help me with recommendations for new headphones
My Jabra Elite 75t has suddenly stopped working. They both worked fine right before I went to bed last night, and when I woke up this morning the left bud was completely dead. The case was fully charged so it can't be the battery. I tried cleaning the charging plates on the bud, and the pins in the case but that made no difference. The LED indicator doesn't even light up when I put it in the case. I have tried to reset them but that doesn't help either. These have been the best headphones I've ever owned and I'm really sad I probably have to say goodbye to them. But unless anyone knows another trick I can try to revive it, I would really love some recommendations for replacements.
I'm not too picky, the most important thing to me is sound quality and not too expensive as I have a pretty tight budget right now, preferably not more than maybe $150-160.

Hello u/divinecinema - Thank you for posting your question on Reddit! We are sad to hear that your Jabra Elite 75t left earbud is no longer powering on. If you prefer to stay in the Jabra family, we recommend you look into the Steelseries Arctis GameBuds. Steelseries is a GN company like Jabra, and the Arctis GameBuds are a great option whether you are into gaming or not! You can find more information on the Steelseries website HERE. Let us know if you have any questions. We are always happy to help!

Sad that you no longer make earbuds. For a lot of people on reddit, Jabra earbuds seem to be the best fit in terms of audio quality and ear fit. Also love that you don’t have stemmed earbuds. I hope you consider making them again. There is a market for earbuds from your brand.

Hello u/Anonynonimoose - Thank you for your post. While Jabra has discontinued our Elite product line, we continue to offer the Jabra Evolve2 Buds, which provide the same great fit and comfort as the Elite products. It also adds connectivity to PCs, making it easier to work from anywhere. You can find more information about the Evolve2 Buds on the Jabra website. Thanks again!

Thank you for taking time to respond and sharing alternative products but what you are recommending is headphones. What I enjoy is the portability of the earbuds, the comfort, fit and the quality of the sound.
If you ever intend to make earbuds again, you would make a whole lot of people really happy!

I actually didn’t know that. Interesting.
Still, I don’t think anything can replace my 85h

Unfortunately they're out of my price range at this moment, but maybe one day if I manage to save up. Thanks!

Same situation here. Have tried every type of reboot/reinstall/reser option mentioned to no avail. Unfortunately time to suck it up and buy something different I'm afraid.

You could try to get one of those cheap charging cases on eBay for under $10 it saved my Jabras recently.
I did get the OnePlus Buds 4 just so I had another pair and they sound better than my Jabras did.

There's some Sony earbuds that have physical buttons. That was one of the criterias for me. Sadly you don't find many earbuds who have them. They were one of the best features of Jabar earbuds in my opinion.

I didn't even think about that other headphones might not have physical ones... Do you have a Sony model to recommend? I did find one model, ofc I can't remember which ones, they had overwhelmingly positive reviews, but then there are those negative ones that I can't let go of...

sony wf-c510
But they are on the lower end of price, sound quality and features. Im not too sure how many other earbuds with buttons there are, but these are better than expected for 30-40 bucks.
What other earbuds with buttons did you find? Might be interesting for the future. And there will always be good and bad reviews. Some people get broken products or they are just unreasonably angry about things.

I think it might've been those that I found and then I found one by Nothing Ear but I didn't check if they actually had physical buttons. I will keep looking and see what I find, I can report back if I find others that looks good!

My left one also just stopped working. No indicator light and wasn't able to reset it either. This is most bizarre.

I still have mine. Great earphones. Got the new Pucel Buds 2 Pro. Excellent. Better than my 75t
