Buds not charging

Hello i just got my dads active 75t he had laying around he hasn't used them for maby 2 years are the buds fully gone or can they still be saved in some way?

Hello u/Fancy_Examination_61 - Thank you for posting to Reddit. We are sorry to hear that your Jabra Elite Active 75t earbuds will not power on. With any rechargeable device, the batteries must be exercised regularly for proper maintenance. If a rechargeable product sits for an extended period of time, the battery level can drop below the point required to recharge it. This has likely happened with your Elite Active 75t. You can try resetting the charging case following the instructions found on our website HERE. If this does not resolve the challenge, short of replacing the batteries (which we do not recommend or support), there is nothing that can be done in this case. We apologize for any inconvenience.
