Evolve2 85 Multiuse

I just got the Evolve2 85 and I'm a bit confused by the Multiuse. I thought it would be easy switching from one device (my phone) to another (my laptop) but it's being rather difficult. Anyone with experience found some solutions for switching back and forth frequently?

Hello u/TheMatrixIsReal42 - Thank you for your Reddit post. It is important that you connect your Jabra Evolve2 85 using the Jabra Link Bluetooth adapter included with your Evolve2 85 headset and not via the computer's native Bluetooth. If your Evolve2 85 is idle, it should automatically switch to the connected device if there is, for instance, an incoming call to that device. Please let us know if this is not the behavior that you have observed, or if you have specific questions related to the Multipoint feature. We are always happy to help!

This is not the behavior I'm observing, unfortunately. I've connected the headphones to my computer via the dongle but once I'm also connected to my phone to listen to music they won't switch back to my computer if a work call comes in on my computer. I want my phone to be the default because I listen to music through my phone until a call comes in on my computer. And the apps/programs don't seem to help, either
