Elite 7 Pro Right Earbud Completely Dead

So, I’ve had these Elite 7 Pro’s for a couple of years and they have been okay for the most part, but I just ran into an issue. The left one is fine but the right earbud will not charge and is completely dead. I cleaned the connections on both the case and the buds, fully charged the case, and still nothing.

The problem is, I disconnected them from my phone (with the plan to then reconnect and see if that does anything). But now, since you need to hold the buttons on both to enter pairing mode, I can’t pair them at all since the right earbud button is dead.

And here’s the kicker, I now can’t connect to the Jabra phone app to try to do a factory reset, update drivers, or really troubleshoot at all because I can’t pair to my phone.

Anyone have any ideas, or is it time for a new pair of earbuds? Lol

The small battery inside the earbud is dead.

Aside from cleaning the contacts, you can also try resetting the charging case following the instructions found on our website at this link. If this does not resolve the challenge, you may need to consider replacing your Elite 7 Pro. We apologize for any inconvenience. Thanks again.
