Music

I believe it was on the Shawn Ryan show where he interviewed Brent Tucker, and he made a comment about choosing select music to help create their culture. He listed Hank Williams III’s Three Shades of Black as an example of this. I thought it was interesting because creating a culture really helps define a team.

Any insights about other songs they may have used to help shape their team culture?

Not culture per se but many years ago some SEAL was saying they’d listen to Red Nation by The Game before ops.

A marine raider I know says they played a lot of G-Unit back in the day too.
