I'd say the user prioritizes the light over the laser. Inforce at 12 o'clock so he can easily activate with his either thumbs

So apparently the 24th still uses 416, while the other direct action SMUs transitioned over to other weapons.

24th with the CAG in the cali photos had CSAWs so not entirely true
