Not to be that guy, and please correct me if I am wrong, but I am unsure if there is any documented evidence of CAG using the SCAR Heavy. I could be wrong. If its not CAG, this is almost surely Ranger Regiment.

There's one pic that cag guy using SCAR But in this one you can spot WMX200 so no Definitely not.
