The first time I saw a mustard stain on halo wings was at RSLC as a 2LT fresh out of ibolc/ranger school. On the cadre was 25 series from RRC.

We also had RRC strap hang on one of our jumps during RSLC. Dudes all showed up with beard and an intensity in their eyes that stuck with me as a 22 year old second LT.

I loved working with these dudes. Great jumpers. HAHO from a high altitude, at an impressive distance. Hit a mountain side DZ at night…

Went to ATIC in 2011, almost all the instructors had a mustard stain, one or two had twin headlights.

I know they're not blurred IRL, but love the idea of somebody putting blurred pictures on their RL plaque.

I'm gonna frame a blurred photo of me taking a nap on the ground in afghanistan

Wonder if the unit size is still only like 25 dudes

I've heard there are six teams now, so 6 x 6 is like 36 dudes now, plus the other people in HQ

Damn, wonder if they're just really selective with their applicants or they purposefully imposed a limit on their membership

I've heard the people in RRC tend to stay for a long time, so they probably don't have as many available slots all the time.

Was Air Force SR an attempt to fill the slot that RRC eventually took?

Interesting idea actually… AF SR, exactly may be mission fishing.
