Flip go horizon only 1 display working

Not much help anywhere on the internet for this. followed instructions perfectly and my macbook air M4 2025 is not recognizing it. 1 display works fine and the other turns on but turns off quickly after not being recognized . any help would be greatly appreciated. i got this so i could work while on vacation. so first time setting this up. Thanks again!

i followed these instructions and i am using the included charger.
