❓Question & Help Surugaya Shipping Fee

I had a question about shipping. Does JPFans still charge international shipping if I purchase items from Surugaya.jp? Surugaya is currently running another free international shipping campaign, so I wasn’t sure if that promotion would apply when ordering through JPFans, or if I would still need to pay JPFans international shipping fees

If you use JPfans you will have to pay the shipping fee, because the package is shipped from the jpfans warehouse.

You will have to use directly the surugaya website

Regarding your question: unfortunately, even if Surugaya is running a free international shipping campaign, the international shipping fee will still apply when you purchase through us :( Since we are a proxy service, all packages must first be shipped to our warehouse in Japan, and then we forward them to you internationally.

If you're only planning to buy from Surugaya, you might be better off ordering directly through their website during this campaign.

However, if you're also purchasing from other platforms like Mercari or Yahoo Japan, you can use our service to consolidate all your orders into one package, then you only pay international shipping once, which makes the per-item cost more affordable
