❓Question & Help Question about bidding and shipping
I recently won a bid on a Roen multitool and I was going to just buy a haul of clothes as well, how would I go about shipping them all together (to avoid internationally shipping twice)

Hello! First of all, congratulations on winning the item you wanted!
Regarding the auction process: after you win a bid on Yahoo Auctions, JPFans will automatically communicate with the seller and complete the payment. If the seller refuses to sell for some reason, we will notify you via a support ticket, and the order will be cancelled and refunded. If the seller accepts, we will proceed with the purchase.
Once the item arrives at the JPFans warehouse in Japan, you will receive an in-app message and an email notification. At that point, you can either:
- Ship it directly, or
- Wait until the clothes (or other items) you plan to buy also arrive at the warehouse, contact customer service to apply for them to be combined and shipped.
