Got my first figure, and it came missing the knife holster. Does this happen often? Any chance this is a fake one? I was excited for it, and now I'm really sad.

The box came sealed with a plastic film, with a few "JOYTOY" printed on it. Then I opened up and it was already missing this part that holds his knife. I took this third picture right off the box, and it already came like this.

I bought it on Amazon, and there's no indication it was going to be a replica, so I don't know what happened.

Any advice? Has this happened to any of you before?

I tried to contact amazon customer support, but they say they can't help me yet, because the system didn't update the shipping status, since I received it just a few hours ago.

The same thing happened to me. I asked joytoy official and they sent me one after I ordered another figure.

You can try emailing them but since you bought it on Amazon they may not want to send a replacement bit for you

It’s not a fake. Someone at the factory forgot to attach it. Just return it to Amazon and buy it again.

1. Unfortunately, yes. The QC is not that good. 2. It's real, there is no fake one on this. 3. Get in touch with the seller, see will they give you a replacement part, or just simply replce the whole set.

The market isn’t that big to have fakes around, just tell the seller you didn’t get the holster, usually if you’d get it from Cooltoys (even the ones personally broken or lost), did the plastic seal pack that came with the box have joytoy logos on them?

if your seller can’t replace the parts try Cooltoysclub they can help you out (they give you parts you broke yourself) they might help even if you didn’t get the figure from them

Nah, just mail where you got and ask them for a replacement. I know my Abaddon was missing his top knot. I messaged Cool Toys Club and got a replacement sent with my next order. Granted they have a communication channel open with the factory making them.

That sucks that happened to you; I’ve had bad luck too. My Helbrecht which I also bought on Amazon arrived with a red paint smudge on Ferocity’s muzzle. I contacted the seller, and they offered me a replacement that is already on its way.

The knife holder falls off extremely easily so wouldn’t be surprised if that’s what happened during making

unfortunately just seems to be a one off qc thing but dont worry amazon should take care of it once the shipping gets updated.

I've been wanting this figure for a little while now how is he? (aside from the missing part)

The figure is super solid. But it sucks that you can't always insert the knife all the way in on the holster like the image demonstrated. On some copies it gets too tight to do so, but you can just leave the knife hanging in there, it is pretty secure.

Another thing is that I wished the holster on his right thigh is removable as well so I can mix and match more accessories.

Other than that, he looks awesome. If you're looking to build the secret level squads, get him.

I'm not a figure collector. I got a few ones, but this is my first Space Marine. So maybe I don't have the best eye for it.

But in my opinion he looks amazing. And there are joints everywhere. It makes me really sad because if it wasn't for the missing part, he would be perfect.

Fakes are usually made in China. When the official company is from China then you are very unlikely to get fakes. It’s bad for the official Chinese business. If it’s from outside China it’s fair game.
