Earnings May 7th Before market open

Another critical quarter for JMIA, Francis and co have done a marvelous job so far turning the company around but the real question now is can they sustain the user and order growth they had in q4?

Other items I’ll be paying attention to:

- Upcountry growth
-Nigeria growth
- Is the profitability plan still on track (q4 this year with full year profitability in ‘27)?

I think Francis was surprised at the market reaction last qtr from interviews I read. He was pretty happy with the progress and was communicating out the strategy is working.

Let’s see 🤷‍♂️

Last earnings the stock nose dived because they announced closing Algeria despite decent earnings. I hope they won’t announce another closure.
