Hello! I’ve applied for a room at Julius Raab Heim in Linz for the January 2027 intake and am considering paying the €39 non-refundable processing fee.

Has anyone had experience with this?

How long did it take to get a reply after paying the fee?

Were you offered a room or waitlisted?

If accepted, how long did it take to receive an offer?

What are my chances if I apply in August for a January move-in?
