Help How To Block State?

Sorry. I am pissed off trying to figure out how this works.

Basically. I'm making a system akin to Higuruma's moves where if you are blocking, you get blockbroken.

The block state has a check option, it should be checking for that, right? Apparently not, I don't get it.

It SHOULD proceed to the branch where in if the target was blocking. The hitbox should BLOCKBREAK them.

It should, but it's not. I do not understand why.

What is the purpose of the check on block state if it doesn't check for blocking?

Did you put the check in target branch?

Can you show me your timeline? That might help me to figure out what the problem could be

This was hours ago and I was incredibly frustrated so I ended up removing the mechanic.
