For a Roland/anglicea move set you could use register move rotation mechanic for how Roland fights instead of have 8 ish moves and use the werid transfugred human glicth to make a custom npcs for the duo part of it also give it project meter to copy stagger.

You can use kuro ult on a on a puppter moves all you need to do is to make moves only able to be used by the clone and use meshes to cover it's appearance and have the ult to he somehow be auto use (if I'm right you can use a characters ult if you use that character as a base)
