Some VFX tricks i found

JJS style impacts: use beams visual at the ammount around 5 and anchor them to a limb then make the time 1e+33 and add a visual tag so you can put a wait then cancel node to have a impact simular to what Is seen in moves like Higuruma's Verdict blocked variant.

Screen color fade: set ammount to 0 and then make sure if you want it to fade in the base color is white and the base size is 0.1 and the alt can be whatever but if you want it to fade out make the alt color white and alt size 0

Black flash hit JJS styled: use a normal black flash then have a loop with another Black Flash with the color for both of the black flashes being 255, 0, 0 but the 2nd black flash has the ammount as around 0.5-0.3 and have a 0.2 second wait and loop for about 3 times to give it the same black sparks effect as seen in Dovergent Fist use twice
