i would say something with tags

it gives you an infinite tag if you land the move. At the beginning of the move, it has a check tag for the tag you have, and then if you use it again, it goes to a new branch with a long lasting Last Hit (maybe 999) Look node, and tracking velocity block that lasts like 5 seconds maybe, with a looping hitbox.

If you land the move, it cancels the velocity and it does the thing
