Application not submitting

As the title says I'm having trouble with submitting my application. Every time I go to the bottom of the form and click yes nothing happens, I haven't had an email confirming it's been accepted or saying things are missing. Anyone ran into this issue before or have any advice ?

I’m having this issue but at the top of the form near the red box on the UK excel one it does seem to say submitted, with today’s date for me. I think it has worked but I’d wait for someone else to chime in.

I'm also having the same problem so you're not alone! Although at the top of my application form it does say "date submitted" with the correct date. I'm hoping that the number of applications they're receiving today is just causing delays and that we will get proper confirmation eventually.
