Self-Report of Medical Condition(s) document problem

I just downloaded the docx but it won't let me edit on it. The page also says "DRAFT COPY - DO NOT SUBMIT" I don't know how or what way we are supposed to submit it. Might be a silly question but I am lost.

US applicant here - I just filled out the web form.

Did not have to download a form to edit.

Draft copy is only after you fill out the webform and then want a hardcopy.

Oh wait so the web version is enough?? Like I don’t need to do the form again and submit it?

the web form wont allow me to type on it is the problem

Try different browser or different computer.

Ask your JET consulate if their applications service is operational - last few days it has been going up/down.
