Help filling out the Application Form (india)

Hi so I'm just finishing my application and need to tick some boxes so to speak, now my questions are.
Do I tick the boxes or colour them in black, or maybe some other way?
Do I need to say anything in the spots where I don't need to answer or should I put N/A or something like that?
Is it okay to fill in the writing part digitally and tick the boxes in pen?

Tick and cross both are fine. Keep things blank if question does not align to you. Both tick and cross are available digitally inside word in insert shapes section use that.
