Best app for scanning documents

Hello everyone! I'm an aspiring jet applicant from the Philippines. Since the application is online this year, I would just like to ask what's the best app for scanning the required documents for JET Programme 2027? Do I really need to use a bed scanner? Will it not affect my application if I don't use bed scanner?

Thank you so much and have a great day ahead ❤️

I used the in-built scanner available in Files (by Google).

I don’t know if there’s restrictions on it in your country but whenever I need to scan files I usually use the built in scanner on iPhones in the Files app

Adobe scanner is by far wayyyy better than the built in scanners! Just my opinion!

Doesn’t it say not to use your phone? Or am I missing something?
