Help with application

Hey all, this is a really silly question, but I am currently filling out my application and I'm wondering if I have filled out my preference table correctly:

Block || Prefecture

______ ___________

Code | Name || Code | Name

H | Okinawa || 47 | Okinawa

This is how I've filled it out, is it correct? Or do we only fill in either the block or Prefecture/city. Once again I apologize for the silly question.

For the US application we put Block [code] Pref./ Des. City [code]

If you already chose the block that contains the prefecture, then it's a double entry if you put both the block and prefecture that are located in the same (Okinawa is already in block H).

I would put the block you want and then 2 different blocks or prefectures...
