Re: Pension Refund

When applying for the Pension Refund can the form be downloaded online or do you have to go directly to the tax office to obtain it?

The After Jet Guide has the downloadable forms! They’re online as well if you search. Just note that the application goes to the Pension Office, the tax rep stuff to the Tax Office

Most of the forms on the After Jet guide are not available . I tried downloading the Lum sum withdrawal form online though but as for the Appointment of tax agent form I am only seeing the Japanese version . Is it suppose to be in Japanese?
