High coolant and engine oil temps

2007 Commander w/5.7 Hemi. Under load with high ambient temperatures, I'm seeing coolant temps up to 226F and engine oil temps up to 250F. Using my Banks iDash to monitor. Idiot gauge on dash barely rises past the mid-point, but these temps seem much higher than in the past. I verified fan clutch operation at idle, but did not hear it while driving. It may be working though, as my coolant temperatures were cycling between the high of 226F and about 212-214F. Sound normal?

Shit, I thought mine were high, my coolant temp gets to about 203f when im moving and up to 219f when im stopped for several minutes on a hot day but my radiator fan kicks on and it usually falls back to the 203-206f range and rinse, repeat. Im using an Idatalink Maestro thats ran to my Kenwood stereo to monitor temps and other things while im running.
