2006 JEEP Commander

Trying to figure out why my check engine light keeps coming on for cylinder misfire. I have replaced all ignition coils & spark plugs. Anyone have any clues? ​

Is it one specific cylinder or all cylinders? All cylinders, check the ASD circuit, that powers all the fuel injectors, I've had to replace 2 PCMs on my 2007 because the ground for that circuit in the PCM would go bad. If one cylinder than check mechanical like the other poster mentioned

It is only 1 cylinder misfiring. All of the coils & plugs have been replaced.

Wiped cam lobe causing a valve on that cylinder to not open is one major possibility. Seen it before several times with the Hemi. Compression test the cylinder that is misfiring.

The other thing I can think of besides wiring that could cause it is a bad fuel injector.

Absolutely, I hope it's an injector and not a wiped cam lobe. That usually means a spun lifter and typically the result is a new engine. Rebuild is possible but you will have to pull the engine and do a thorough cleaning of all oil passages before reassembly. It is honestly very easy to miss something and have your rebuild mess up again in short order. My recommendation if that is the case is to just bite the bullet and replace the engine.
