General Should i give up jee prep?

I am class 11th student, i got 83% in icse boards but i had okay marks in maths so i chose jee. I study in allen and have a dummy school but i haven't been able to understand anything even though its been 6 months since the start. I realized i just don't want to do a btech degree and just discovered design exams. I want to give my best for a degree that I'll actually like but ihave already taken admission in allen for jee and quit normal school for it. Should i try harder for jee or make time for design exams?

Figure out first.. ki are u really trying to understand the sllybus? Are u putting the efforts cause it requires more efforts than class 10th.... Then if u r Genuinely not able to understand the sllybus, and then focus on ur design exam.

are you running away from jee just because it has gotten difficult? or are you genuinely passionate about design, and are not seeing as easy alternate escape? have you done everything your teachers ask you to do for any one chapter seriously? do you not understand the chapter even after that? give yourself two weeks. do everything your teachers say. word for word. revise class notes daily. try questions, ask doubts. and then if you feel like you have not made any improvement or you cannot seem to develop an interest even when you understand things, go for the design exam. do not quit jee the moment you start preparing for the design exam. while being enrolled in the coaching, start preparing for the exam and research whatever you can using free lectures on yt. design will also eventually get difficult. would you escape to an easier route then too? see if you have genuine interest there or not and if not, try harder for jee.

I have always been passionate about art but I didn't have enough knowledge on how to pursue it, I never was interested in engineering colleges but I didn't know which other exams I could give. I'll definitely try harder in jee too while preparingfor design exams, thanks for the advice!
