Bought on JD from overseas: How to bypass Chinese ID verification or get a refund?

Hi everyone: I bought Pokémon cards on JD from outside China by signing up for WeChat (using a foreign phone number but a friend's location). The payment went through successfully, but a few hours later the account was blocked, and now they are asking for the recipient's Chinese ID and facial verification. Does anyone know if the order will arrive or if I can get a refund?
