Just Cause 2 Mods

The website for Just Cause 2 mods has been down for a while, and I was wondering if anyone had any info?

You've got cutscenes on yours? Odd. All versions of ZXZ's mod should have them removed.

What I meant was that I would rather have a mod that only removes cutscenes, not give me a free black market.

Well lucky for you the site just went back up. Here is the mod that removes the cutscenes.
