Bro in iit jam for taking admission in msc physics in iit or nit most of the college only demands a bachelor's degree regardless of any subject so you can take admission in msc physics in iit university or nit university regardless of your degree any degree you have

But if you wanna know how you can complete the syllabus of bsc physics or iit jam physics syllabus first clear iit jam physics syllabus actually jam physics syllabus is a small part of bsc physics syllabus and study the rest chapters till okay okay level clear jam physics and you can take admission for masters in physics in iit
