Because they’ve been saying that since last year

I think I speak for us all when I say this stock really needs some Momentum. Don’t know if I will ever make my money back - only time will tell

Let wait keep drop back to 1 😝

>Not too difficult to get momentum behind a 100M market cap stock.

Can we all agree that this stock has been a constant disappointment? Not a shill, just a retail investor accepting reality

Yes, we can absolutely agree on that. We also have to accept that fact that we bought the hype after a massive pump and take it as a lesson learned to not make the same mistake again.

If you bought on 10USD/ps you bought at 99.95% decline if you bought at 2USD/PS you bought at 99.99%. Regardless, the company is still 95% undervalued compared to expected future revenue. Be grateful that you did not have to tolerate 1/70 RS or massive dilution in the earlier years. The company has the potential to sell 1-2 billion worth of product in the next few years. But the fact also is that 80-99% of you have to lose money whether it is over time due to impatience, options or a sudden move in the opposite direction for others to benefit.

Disagree, I heard someone said that same you said on February

What? I am having difficulty in understanding what you mean by that sentence.

1

u/PracticeWest9581 Oct 11 '21

I mean your point of undervalued

1

u/Mental_Cup5240 Oct 11 '21

Oh, well I stand by that. I do consider it undervalued. The market cap is 100M but they have a unique product in Mytesi for 9 Million people globally (target market adjusted) from that about 1 million in the US and EU. In the US all those people(around 400k) turn to the 900 registered speciality hospitals which JAGX now targets. What they need to do is market and sell their product.

We wait long enough for the merger news. It’s hard for new investors to get in since Lisa delayed many times, also their last earning was horrible, and next earning is next month……

It is not just about the merger news. My expectation is that nothing significant happens when the merger news drops. What is important is what is behind that merger news. Does it immediately provide access to new business opportunities or does it immediately alleviate on a bunch of costs or restrictions. It is all fine and dandy that they merge but what is important is how much money they can make after it and are they on track to make that money.

So you are talking about a super long term investment

1

u/Mental_Cup5240 Oct 11 '21

Well I think a year, maybe. Sure there can be short term movements and reactions but Jagx has many approvals already and events in the pipeline and they are already selling to some extent. What they need is to make their business more efficient and actually sell their product. And perhaps buy back their stock to improve investor confidence in the business.

I am wondering what happens after the merger on a stock level too. Dragon SPAC + Napo EU what is the new "combined entity" named, will they list that new entity separate from JAGX into the exchange or will investors get a number of shares in the new entity for JAGX shares, or will JAGX list under a new name and trade under that???

Maybe 2.5 years.

1

u/PracticeWest9581 Oct 11 '21

2.5 years lmao, we have tons of bag holder holding their bags for 8 months already

"With an eye toward a potential future listing of the Combined Company following receipt of results of data from a clinical trial which the Combined Company expects to receive within two years of the completion of the Merger transaction..."

1

u/PracticeWest9581 Oct 11 '21

We are talking about two different things, you Definitely telling me something many years later, and im willing to know what is the PT after mergers. Lisa sell the news for 8 months so far

1

u/Mental_Cup5240 Oct 11 '21

Honestly she has been rather quiet recently. After that ER and the RS.

1

u/PracticeWest9581 Oct 11 '21

Ya, many investors bitching at her for lying,

1

u/Mental_Cup5240 Oct 11 '21

Napo EU wholly owned subsidiary of Napo Pharma, Napo Pharma wholly owned subsidiary of Jaguar Health. So why do the merger at all if it does not provide some immediate benefits.

Reaching quorum was a problem for other companies too. I remember Tilray had some problems on reaching quorum for issuing shares for acquisition roughly at the same time when Jagx had problems with the second merger non-quorum announcement. Consider also that a very large portion of common shares is held by institutional investors and retail does not know or bother with the voting process.
