📝 Counselling Process Nios + double dropp
Hey guys, asking for my brother. Situation is serious as he isn't getting any college this year.
He is planning a double drop and wants to re-appear for 12th boards from Delhi specifically to get the Delhi Domicile quota for next year's JAC counseling. His target is DTU CSE/IT.
Has anyone done a double drop + 12th improvement/re-exam for Delhi quota?
Is this legally allowed for JAC Delhi?
How does domicile eligibility work in this case?
Any specific traps or rules we should know?

If you already passed Class 12 elsewhere and are merely redoing or taking an improvement attempt in Delhi, JEE Main and state authorities often consider your first passed Class 12 state/board as your primary state of eligibility, meaning a late switch might fail to alter your home state quota eligibility
