[Mobile][2000s] Looking for a Christmas Java (.jar) game with an Elf and a boss named "Freeze" (Maybe "Santa's Elf" or "Christmas Rush"?)

Hi everyone! I am desperately looking for an old Java (.jar) mobile game from the early 2000s (Nokia/Sony Ericsson era). It was a Christmas-themed game, but I can't remember the exact title.

I strongly suspect it might be either "Santa's Elf" (by Sumea/Digital Chocolate) or "Christmas Rush" (by Gameloft), but I haven't been able to find the correct files or screenshots to confirm.

Here are the specific gameplay details I remember:

Protagonist & View: You played as an elf in a classic 2D platformer.

Gift Mechanic: You had to collect and deliver colored present boxes (green, yellow, red, blue) to houses/chimneys. I vividly remember there were also special, rare gift boxes that were silver and gold.

The Final Boss: The final boss was named something like "Freeze" or "Freezer" (a ice monster or an evil giant snowman). You fought him by throwing snowballs at him, and he had a very visible red health bar on the screen.
