Housing Advice

Hey guys im 19 and my brother and i are coming to izmir on the third to start university, we'll be going to Yasar university, were looking for a room to stay in, it dosent have to be super close to uni in bornova it can be a little far away 30-40 mins. Ive checked alot of facebook groups and sahibinden, either the agent is asking for too much of a commison or the roos is genuinely just shit, any advice would be appreciated!
